Welcomed and served by these two lovely people named Maria and Steve the restaurant got busy, but they provided excellent and flawless service. They even informed us about the locations of the WC and wash basin, along with guidance on how to place orders.

Me and my partner ordered nandos on a lazy Thursday evening. The host at the front for our collection was so lovely and helpful, didn't catch her name but thank you for the sauces !

I had a lovely dinner here with my family to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The food was well cooked and arrived in a timely manner. The staff were incredibly friendly, and Jack particularly stood out to us for going above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Thank you so much to the team! Good customer service is hard to find these days, so we truly appreciate the excellent service.

Credits to Dua who served me, and the young male waiter I didn't catch the name of. These exceptional staff made this experience worth it. Food was normal Nandos, maybe better than average but I can't really tell if it was the service quality elevating the food. Dua asked whether this was my first time, subsequently given a static visual tour of the restaurant, seated, checked on, and delivered food by very, very polite staff, carrying out the full breadth of formalities. She even asked for any allergies I might have. This is very rare for walk-in restaurants in London, and I can confidently say this was the actual SKILL of customer service I've seen from other countries. Very well done.

Couldn’t leave another minute without giving a shout-out to Christian (I believe it was) who served me within the duration of time that I was within Nando’s for, as I came to order a meal to take-away. Throughout the entire interaction he portrayed absolutely great customer service skills, and was extremely polite!

Visited for a birthday meal. They catered to my needs as I'm disabled and they have me great seating. Food was lovely, and they are very allergy aware.

Staff were helpful and polite, probably the best I've been to. Food came out quick and was happy with everything. Chicken was nice and moist.

Best service ever recieved in Nandos. Jack was extremely helpful and deliveired great service to us. I can see he is extremely hardworking and served a lot of customers very quickly . He was also very accomodating with our 12 month old baby feeding requirements, which was much appreciated.
